We take an active part in developing solutions for our customers. Design and development is based on direct communication with customer’s CAD system.

Our basic concept is ‘from idea to complete solution’ and we optimize the idea into product design, through process and production planning.

Our designers have more than 10-year experience in 2D and 3D CAD – used to start from pencil and paper, then switched to AutoCAD and later to SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor.

We work with all types of materials – from plastics, bronze to stainless steels and Hardox®. Most usual taps, mills and turning tools are available in stock of our suppliers. Materials are delivered by internationally accepted suppliers like Be Group, Ruukki or Sanistål.

Small orders can be fulfilled in shortest terms – within a week.
If you do not have a drawing, we will design the part for you and send drawings to you to approve before the order.

Our capacity is not limited to one manufacturer. We can find and engage a fabricator most suitable for your needs.

Equipment our suppliers use:

• CNC-controlled turning and milling machines, lathes, milling machines: max. turning diameter 400 mm, length 1,500 mm. Milling area up to 1,300 x 750 x 800 mm.
• High-precision hydraulic down acting press brake: Force – 140 ton, bed length: 4,000 mm
• Laser and water-jet cutting machines: Cutting table size: 3,000 x 1,500 mm. Max. thickness of processed material: 100 mm
• 3-roller bending machine: Min. bending diameter: 470 mm
